Shaolin Kung Fu Program
Students in our Shaolin Kung Fu program are trained in all facets of traditional Shaolin Martial Arts. Through our systematized methods, you will be taught a large variety of techniques and skills coming from the numerous fighting styles that Shaolin Kung Fu has to offer. Training in our empty-handed and animal styles is essential when it comes to developing good self-defense abilities. Training with traditional Chinese weapons takes those abilities to a much higher level of maneuverability, coordination, focus, and power while adding to our overall knowledge of self-defense and combat.
As you continue to progress through our program, required training takes you into the advanced training systems of Tai Chi Ch'uan, Pa Kua Chang, and Hsing-I Ch'uan. As we combine these styles with Chi Kung and Nei Kung (inner power) training, your level of skill, ability, fitness, and health is endless!
Our Shaolin Kung Fu program is perfect for teenage and adult students looking for a program that will improve their health and fitness while learning the best self-defense system that history has known. If your child is younger than 12 years old, we suggest looking into our Kung Fu for Kids program. It's great for children ages 8 to 12 years old! We keep all of our classes fast paced, challenging, exciting, and most of all fun!

Shaolin Kung Fu for Seniors
Age 40+

Our Senior students learn the same authentic martial arts techniques and material as in our regular Shaolin Kung Fu program. Our well-balanced curriculum provides a full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, coordination, while at the same time improving balance, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness.
