Whichever story you believe, his fighting style—and this form—demand exceptional agility, precision, and courage. In this class, you’ll be challenged with advanced maneuvers such as forward and backward rolls, one armed cartwheels, and full splits. I will also introduce two signature techniques: the Tiger Dive and the Shoot Through. Prepare yourself. This is a demanding form, both physically and mentally, but an incredibly rewarding one. This class is open to all students. Step in with determination and give it your best.
