"San Chan"
3-Battles (Tiger)

The Fujian Shaolin Tiger and Crane systems from the south have significantly influenced several Okinawan Karate styles, including Gojo-Ryu, Isshin-Ryu, and Shito-Ryu, among others. The Southern Tiger emphasizes the integration of hard & soft techniques, creating a formidable and skilled fighter. In this tiger form, the energy is concentrated and intense, with movements that are powerful, swift, and robust. This seminar is open to all Shaolin students, regardless of their level.
