Adult Kung Fu/Tai Chi All-Inclusive 3-Month Membership
All new students must fill-out an enrollment form with a waiver of liability on their first day of class. Your membership starts on your first day in class. With written or verbal confirmation, you may freeze (place on hold) your 3-month membership one-time during the life of the membership for no more than 2-months. Your frozen membership will become active after 2-months or your first day back to class. A "Combined Kung Fu/Tai Chi Membership" allows you to come to as many Kung Fu and Tai Chi classes at your specific level within your membership period.
