With written or verbal confirmation, you may freeze your 6-month membership one-time during the life of the membership for no more than 3-months. Your membership will become active after 3-months or your first day back to class. There are no family discounts for all-inclusive memberships. There are no refunds. New students must pay a 1-time enrollment fee of $40 on first day of class. New students must fill-out an enrollment form and waiver of liability on first day of class.
Adult Kung Fu/Tai Chi 6-Month All-Inclusive Membership
All new students must fill-out an enrollment form with a waiver of liability on their first day of class. A $40 enrollment fee is due at that time. A "Combined Kung Fu/Tai Chi Membership" allows you to come to as many Kung Fu and Tai Chi classes at your specific level within your membership period.
